Typical section: select strip thickness, width and debonded length for the project movement demand. Confirm the layer build-up and dimensions in the project detail.

Component functions

Application: localised treatment of a leaking walkway movement joint.

Form the link slab using Zonix E100 over the prepared joint zone. Define the strip geometry and interfaces before application.

The E100 strip distributes deformation across a designed movement zone and protects the joint treatment. The flexible membrane forms the primary water barrier; detail continuous laps, returns and terminations.

Project design inputs: effective deforming length, joint movement demand, substrate bond/debond arrangement and membrane terminations.

Set out the bonded and debonded interfaces to the project detail. Maintain the intended joint movement mechanism throughout the works.
